Running through the chaos of daily routines, ticking tasks off our to-do lists can often make your feel overwhelmed. Mindfulness techniques can be a powerful took to connect to what is going on inside and outside ourselves, moment by moment. 

Paying more attention to the present moment, to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you can improve your mental wellbeing.

How It Works

When we become more aware of the present moment, we create space to connect with our surroundings, senses and emotions. With this we begin to experience a deeper connection to ourselves. 

Your Awareness

This soulful session will offer you guidance on any current pressing issues in life using angel cards, followed by a guided mindfulness meditation that will offer you space to reconnect with yourself.


Connection

Mindfulness-based therapies are recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). Giving yourself this space for receiving angelic guidance and being more mindful will bring you a deep sense of freedom from any stresses and anxieties. Creating a ripple effect of further connection with your authentic self.

Growing up in India, meditation was a part of our school curriculum. Whilst finding it boring at the time I am so grateful for having introduced to the benefits of this practice early on. My mum also connected me to my angels and the connection grew stronger as I grew. Mindfulness and my angels truly support my wellbeing. As a trained Mindfulness Teacher and a Kyle Gray Certified Angel Guide, I am here to share the joy this connection and practice brings.

What to expect in the session

My aim

As a qualified Mindfulness Teacher and Kyle Gray Certified Angel Guide, I will offer you guidance on any pressing issue and space to feel more calm.

A typical session will take 45 minutes and will take place via video call.

This soulful session will offer you guidance on any current pressing issues in life using angel cards. I will then hold the space and gently guide you through a meditation.

My sessions with Aditi were brilliant! I went to her to look deeper in to my fear and to work on not allowing me to control it. She gave me space to unpack and vent on my frustrations and took me through some exercises to fully understand where my fear was coming from and how i can work through it. She also taught me some coping mechanisms to help me in the moments where I start to feel anxious about doing some tasks that have been super helpful. A great person with a beautiful soul. I cant recommend her enough!
